Cañadón del Río de las Vueltas

Walk or vehicle ride to the impressive viewpoint of Cañadon del Rio de las vueltas (Turning River Canyon), located at 6 km from El Chalten, with a wide panoramic of the entirety of the Fitz Roy Massif, towards Lago Viedma. The viewpoint over the canyon was pierced by river through thousands of years. The high rock walls show interesting formations (folded). This particular place is perfect for sighting heading east-west at low altitude, thus making it normal to be sighted.
