At Lago San Martin, we are proud to offer a personalized service to our passengers, both in Spanish and English, to make their stay more pleasant. Upon arrival, we inform them about various aspects of the area, such as weather forecasts, appropriate clothing, special recommendations for excursions or trekking.
If you have contracted excursions with us, we check the program you have and deliver a map of Chaltén with its trails, among other things.
Our assistance is permanent, it is our main task during every day of your stay. The passenger will always know that he/she can count on us as if we were a local friend. One day before departure, for passengers traveling on regular service, we reconfirm the schedule and check if they are on the bus list, in order to avoid any inconvenience in high season.
Depending on the location of the hotel, the transfer-out service takes place between 30 to 20 minutes before the bus departs.
