Mirador de los cóndores

It is one of the shortest walks which initiates from El Chaltén, reaching a natural viewpoint at the peak of a small mount, with an exceptional panoramic view of the Torre and Fitz Roy massif and the Valle del Rio de las Vueltas (Turning River Valley).

This Viewpoint it’s a strategic point for eventual condor and eagles sightings. Returning exists another trail which leads us to the Mirado de las Aguilas (Eagles Viewpoint), where a gorgeous view of the steppe and Lago Viedma can be appreciated.

This activity can be complemented with a visit to the Centro de interpretation de Parques Nacionales (National Park interpretation Center).
